About The Event
I hate salesy pushy places. I especially hate going to what is supposed to be a relaxing massage only to be upsold a membership or add-on. This class will walk you through an entire appointment with your client. There are secrets to each step that will increase your retention rate and ultimately your income, WITHOUT being an annoying or salesy. Rebooking will be the forgone conclusion not the “nervous ask” it has been. After sharing these tricks with an employee, her retention rate went from 32% to 79% within the first couple months!
Class is limited to 4 people. There will be a 1 hour lunch break, as well as 15 min breaks as needed. There are many restaurants available within a 1-2 mile radius. There will also be a fridge and microwave provided if you should choose to eat on site.
Registration ends by Sept 18, 2020. Cancellations by Sept. 25 will receive a full refund. Cancellations on or after Sept 26 will receive a 75% refund. On or after Oct 2 there will be no refund if I am unable to fill your spot, 75% if I can. Always a 100% refund if I must cancel the class.
